I was born and raised in Hampstead, so Sneads Ferry, Holly Ridge, Surf City, Topsail Beach,
Hampstead, Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington are my stomping grounds! Of course, I think the North
Carolina Coast is the most peaceful, beautiful place on earth. The salty water and coastal breezes
are good for what ails ya!
My Daddy didn't have any sons, so I was his oldest daughter and his boy as well. I learned from an
early age all about the dirt around here. On the coast the soil is unique, I know about wetlands,
flood zones, and the various types of septic systems. Location, location, location! Finding the
perfect house is important, but the land it sits upon is equally important. I can help you make
sense of all of these moving parts so that you can feel confident throughout the home buying
experience.
I am a graduate of Topsail High School and both of my children attend Topsail Schools. The Topsail
Area is a wonderful place to raise a family or retire. My husband Michael and I are both North

I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, "Go Heels!" I enjoy boating,
fishing and spending time with my family.
